Mediation

Mediation is a process that allows the parties to a dispute to resolve disputes without the time and expense of a court proceeding. Through mediation, people are able to craft creative solutions to their differences in ways that may not be available through litigation. Many people use mediation in family law matters, such as divorce and child custody, to minimize harmful conflict and to create healthier, restructured relationships.

Paula Flowerday is a trained mediator, having completed the 40-hour mediation course required by law. Paula has conducted several mediations in family law matters and can assist you either as a mediator or by representing you in a mediation.
