We say this every year - but the hotel really needs to open the downstairs entertainment room when the hotel is fuller - we heard the usual comments from people who just wanted to chat or do a bit of ballroom dancing, and as such were not interested in the cabaret acts that were on, and other people who wanted to watch the cabaret acts and were distracted by people chatting.
